These terms govern your use of the MergeFlow Chrome extension and the mergeflow.v2.ca website. Installing or using MergeFlow means you accept them.
MergeFlow is a browser extension that sends personalized email through your own Gmail account using data from your own Google Sheets. You compose the messages, you choose the recipients, and every email is sent from your account. MergeFlow is a tool; you are the sender.
The free tier includes 50 emails per month with all features. A Pro license ($29/year) removes the monthly send limit. A license is for one person and their Google account(s); it is not transferable and may not be shared. Licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing and billing under its own terms and privacy policy.
You agree to:
We may refuse or revoke a license used for spam or abuse.
If MergeFlow doesn't work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will sort it out. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
We may update the extension, these terms, or pricing. Material changes to the terms will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If we ever discontinue MergeFlow, active Pro licenses keep working until the end of their paid period to the extent Google's APIs allow.
MergeFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not control Gmail, Google Sheets, or the Chrome Web Store, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation if Google changes its APIs or policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to MergeFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
The privacy policy explains what MergeFlow can and cannot access. The short version: it cannot read your inbox, and your data stays between your browser and Google.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
